What is Breathwork?
“Using the power of conscious breathing to activate your body, releasing what is not needed any more and energizing you from head to toe and beyond.”
Breathing is the first thing we do when born and it’s the last thing we do before we die. Our breath is literally with us for all our lives. Despite this, on many occassions, our breath is not filling our lungs and bellies fully, disconnecting us from the healing capacities of this natural phenomenon.
During breathwork sessions, we use the technique of Conscious Connected Breathing to enhance our body’s ability. Every breathwork journey is set up by a unique combination of setting the stage, beautifully and carefully selected music and a sharing space afterwards. These three phases make sure everything is there to be able to fully experience the power of your own enhanced breathing.
This type of breathwork experience can be very different every single time, some of the possibilities of what it can help with is:
• Release anything and everything that is stuck in your system in the moment, for example tension, anxiety and other stress-related issues.
• Re-connect with yourself on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level.
• Rediscover the power of breathing and by extension, your own strength.
• Reveal wisdom, knowledge or connection that is already inside of you.
